              Description: H107 is defined as fused type fluxes without manganese, with medium silicate, and medium fluorine elements, color in blue-grey to deep grey, with pumiceous granules, 10-60 meshes in size. Fluxes are suitable for use with D.C. power source. Filler-wire or weld strip connected to electrode positive (EP), having following features: good welding technological behavior, slag to remove easily, less carbon increment and less burning loss of chromium content when welding to austenitic stainless steel.

            Field of Application: Fluxes match austenitic stainless steel filler-wire or weld-strip, i.e. HOCr21Ni10, HOCr20Ni10Ti, HOOCr24Ni12Nb, HOOCr21Ni10Nb, HOOCr26Ni10Nb, RnIHOOCr21Ni10 etc being used for cladding weld with pole or not of which is applicable to anticorrosion layer of nuclear pressure vessels and petrochemical equipment’s. They can also match filler-wire, i.e. HOCr16Mn being used for repairing weld of high ‘Mn’ content steel. In order to solve slag removal difficulty of stainless steel with Nb element, at post-welding condition, flux H107Nb shall be chosen too.

            Remarks:
            1.Before welding, fluxes need to be baked for two(2) hours at around 300℃.
            2.Removal of rust, oil, dirt, water, impurities etc in welding-areas.
